Favorite Foods

I own a cooking school in Pittsburgh. We are planning a class using Carly's music in the background. We would like to know what kind of food she loves. We have done a Cole Porter Dinner as well as a Sinatra Dinner and our customers know all about their favorite foods. So we want a heads up on them. Maybe our instructor can make some of her favorites.

Dear Linda,
My, what a question. Well, just because it's very recent, I love tuna sushi with very sticky rice with some sesame seeds in it, lots of pickled ginger and sushi vinegar.

I also love Coconut cake and all those banana cream cakes that are so envigoratingly unflattering several days later. I also love Pasta cooked in red wine (half the time in water, half in wine) with tons of garlic and red pepper.

And then, there is nothing like fresh squeezed orange juice. Or great oatmeal toast, or even oatmeal french toast with syrup. Oh Dear, I haven't had dinner!!!

Concerts

Carly,
I saw your concert at the Apollo on Saturday, December 18th. What a wonderful concert it was! The program was great and your chemistry with BeBe was electrifying! I loved all of the selections that were chosen for the show. "Let The River Run" was an excellent choice to show off that wonderful Chorus!

While speaking to another fan, I learned that you will be doing no more tours! I have seen you three times and am extremely fond of all of those memories. Are you finished with live concerts or was this just misinformation?
